We can assemble all items listed on our site at our facility. Many of our items are customizable. Please contact us for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal. PayPal is a secure, reliable and preferred on-line payment method for most online buyers and sellers, and lets you send payments securely online using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), bank accounts, eCheques, BillMeLater, buyer credit or account balances. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't ever see your credit card or bank account information.

What is your domestic handling time?
Will usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, in categories where permitted, if the buyer pays by check, money order, or eCheck, it may take several days.
This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Worldwide shipping can take up to 15-20 days to arrive. However, we can't accept responsibility in the case of delays caused by the Postal Service.

Where is my Tracking Number?
You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. The Online Tracking will be available within 5-6 days after posting the Order package.

Do you provide Express Shipping?
Express shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation (delivery within 4-5 business days) is available on request. Please contact us with the item number for quotes to your location.

Is there any Warranty/Guarantee on your products?
As our items are mostly handmade, we can't offer any warranty/guarantee pertaining to our products. At this time, all orders are final. We take extra care inspecting international orders to ensure correct shipment.

What if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your item after 21 days, please contact us we will contact our local Post Office to check on shipment status. Post office will send investigation case to the destination of the packet and should get reply in about 2 weeks. If you still haven't received your item 2 weeks after the investigation we will refund you in full.

How do I leave feedback?
Qualified buyers - ones that paid instantly using PayPal or Google Checkout - receive an email from [email protected] with a link at the time the payment was made and again about 20 days later. They must have that link to leave feedback. Keep in mind many mail systems put all noreply emails in the trash or spam folder - If they deliver them at all. AOL is known for not delivering such emails. The subject line reads "Rate your transaction for seller xxxx" and the email is from [email protected]
