Returns Policy
We believe in keeping our customers happy with great products and superb service. But hardly, in case of an unfortunate event that you need to return or exchange your item, please contact our Customer Service for instructions on returning or exchanging the item.
* All of our listed Items are Brand NEW
* Actual Images of an item are shown at the listing.
* The buyer pays shipping fees. Buyer’s shipping charges (to and from) on return(s) are non-refundable. zamStore does not reimburse any shipping charges.
* The Refund will be in mode of exchange only. In some cases, the refund will be possible in mode of payment chosen by zamStore.
* Returns must be made within 14 days of the item’s receipt.
* Return items should include the original packaging and accessories.
* When returning a package, please make sure you do insure the package, use sufficient packaging, and use a shipping carrier that has tracking capabilities as zamStore is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
* Once your package has been received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Returns Department to verify the returned contents and issue either a refund or an exchange.
